Dr. Kanzic is an IN-NETWORK PROVIDER FOR BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD of TEXAS. Out of network benefits are accepted for Aetna, Cigna and PHCS. Medicare patients are accepted. Affordable payment plans are available for those without insurance coverage.
